This page explains how users and third parties can request review or removal of content on XChatAI.

You may submit a request if you believe content violates our Terms of Service, Content Moderation Policy, your privacy or publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.

How to Submit a Request

• A direct URL or clear description of the content
• The reason you believe the content should be removed
• Your name and contact email
• Any evidence or documentation supporting the request
• Whether the request involves privacy, copyright, impersonation, consent, or another issue

For copyright claims, please follow our DMCA Policy so we receive the legally required information.

Review Process

After receiving a request, we may:

• Review the content and related account activity
• Determine whether the content violates our policies or applicable law
• Ask for additional information
• Remove or anonymize personal information from the complaint where appropriate
• Notify the content creator when appropriate and allow a response

Removal Decisions

If content violates our policies, applicable law, or is otherwise inappropriate or harmful, we may remove it, restrict access, or take account-level enforcement action.

We may also reject removal requests that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or unsupported by the information provided.

Timing

We aim to respond to valid content removal requests within 48 hours, subject to request volume, complexity, and legal requirements.
