Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how XChatAI handles refund requests for one-time digital purchases. XChatAI does not sell subscriptions, recurring plans, or lifetime memberships. Purchases are one-time payments for credits or other digital access made available in your account.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are generally available only when the purchased credits or digital access have not been substantially used.

We prioritize refunds for:

• Duplicate charges
• Accidental payments
• Successful payments where credits were not delivered
• Major technical failures that prevent use of the purchased service

Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following purchases are generally not refundable:

• Credits that have already been used
• Generated images, videos, audio, chats, or other delivered digital outputs
• Orders connected to violations of our Terms of Service
• Orders connected to abusive behavior, fraud, or attempts to bypass platform rules
• Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase

How to Request a Refund

• The email address on your XChatAI account
• The order ID or payment receipt
• The purchase date
• A short explanation of the issue

We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction and review your request.

Processing

We aim to review refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when supported by the payment provider.

If a refund is approved, the related credits or digital access may be deducted from your account. If the credits have already been used, the refund may be denied or your account balance may be adjusted.

Crypto Payments

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. If a crypto payment is eligible for a refund, we may process the refund manually to a wallet address you provide after verifying the order.

Network fees, exchange fees, payment provider fees, and blockchain confirmation costs may be deducted from the refunded amount or may otherwise be your responsibility. Because crypto prices and network fees can change, the amount of cryptocurrency refunded may differ from the amount originally paid.

Chargebacks

If you have concerns about a payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We reserve the right to dispute wrongful or fraudulent chargebacks and may limit purchasing or account access while a chargeback is under review.

Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of XChatAI after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
