Introduction

XChatAI respects intellectual property rights. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners or their authorized agents can submit notices about allegedly infringing content on XChatAI.

Submitting a DMCA Notice

To report copyright infringement, send a notice to [email protected] that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears on XChatAI, preferably with direct URLs
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Takedown Process

When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who provided the content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected] that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed because of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or submit infringing material.

Changes

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time.
