These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of XChatAI (xchatai.io) and related services. By accessing or using XChatAI, you agree to these Terms.

Services

XChatAI provides AI-powered tools including character chat, image generation, video creation, and audio production. All AI-generated content is produced by third-party models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI) and should be treated as fictional.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use XChatAI. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Credits and Payment

XChatAI uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI features. Credits can be purchased through subscription plans or one-time packages. All purchases are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

User-Created Content

You can create and publish AI characters on XChatAI. You retain ownership of characters you create. By publishing a character, you grant XChatAI a license to display it to other users. You are responsible for ensuring your characters do not violate these Terms.

AI-Generated Content

All AI responses are generated by third-party language models. XChatAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. AI outputs should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use XChatAI to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer AI model weights or system prompts
• Use automated tools to scrape content or overload our services
• Impersonate other people or organizations through AI characters
• Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

XChatAI's platform, design, and original content are owned by us. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use but may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time through Settings.

Limitation of Liability

XChatAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of XChatAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
